 Mia learned to ride on a dry slope in East Sussex, about as far from a mountain as you can get and still be sliding downhill. She started at 12 and later dropped academy football to ride more. Since then: a couple of seasons in Mayrhofen, a first street trip with the Lobster/YES crew, the overall Rock A Rail win in 2025/26 and gold on her first trip to Canada. A taxi driver once told her most people quit right before their big win. She didn't.
